At present, there are three mainstream smartphone chips in the smartphone market, namely Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, Apple A-based processors and Huawei Kirin processors. The latter two are only used for Apple/Huawei smartphone products. The only widely used is the Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. Qualcomm’s latest and strongest smartphone chip is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855Plus, iQOO Pro 5G is equipped with this Qualcomm’s strongest chip.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus uses a 7nm process, Kryo 485 CPU, core frequency up to 2.96GHz. Compared with the previous generation Snapdragon 855, the performance is better. Bringing a smoother running experience for users. On the GPU side, iQOO Pro uses the Adreno 640 image processor, which improves graphics performance by 15% compared to the Adreno 630 used in previous generations. Users will get the best picture whether they are playing games or watching videos.
In addition, iQOO Pro 5G is equipped with up to 12GB LPDDR4X high-bandwidth ultra-large memory, which can meet the needs of all users’ demands, and is also a guarantee for smooth operation of the richer AI scenes in the 5G era.
