Huawei Published FreeBuds 3 Wireless Headset: Kirin AI chip Supports Bluetooth 5.1
Huawei held a press conference in Berlin, Germany, released Huawei FreeBuds 3 wireless Bluetooth headset. It is the first wireless headset with Kirin AI chip and the world’s first wireless headset that supports Bluetooth 5.1.
The Huawei FreeBuds 3 shape inherits the previous generation design, and the headphone case has a circular design, which is like a cobblestone in the hand.
In terms of connectivity, it is equipped with a Kirin AI chip that supports Bluetooth 5.1 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1. According to the official introduction, FreeBuds 3 can enable dual Bluetooth connectivity, which can reduce latency by 30% and power consumption by 50%. Of course, the advantage of the connection is currently only reflected when connecting to Huawei phones. At the press conference, Huawei compared it with Apple AirPods, claiming that its performance index is 30% higher than AirPods.
The headset is also optimized for the call, and the bone conduction sensor can detect the sound of the wearer’s voice, not only to hear clearer vocals but also to clearly convey the user’s voice to the other end.
Yu Chengdong introduced that Huawei FreeBuds 3 surpassed competitors in three aspects. The first is the noise reduction of the open design, the second is wind noise reduction, and the third is the bone conduction call noise reduction.
In addition, this headset connection delay is as low as 190 milliseconds, the battery life can be up to 4 hours, and with the charging box can reach 20 hours of battery life.
